Harry G. MacDonald meets another doctor,
Fordyce St. John, who was from the Hackensack area.  He writes from a dugout which is under heavy bombardment at the time of his writing. 
Doctor Harry G. MacDonald is buried in Maple Grove Park cemetery in Hackensack.
